The Office of the University Registrar will close on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 5:00 pm (CST), for the Thanksgiving holidays. Transcripts orders received prior to 2:00 p.m. on November 27 will be processed as normal. Transcript requests received after 2:00 p.m. on November 27 will be processed when we re-open on Monday, December 2, 2024. 

During the Thanksgiving holidays, the following services will be unavailable or delayed: transcript requests, enrollment verifications, degree clearances, grade changes, repeat requests, suspension clearances, and email responses. 

The Office of the University Registrar will resume normal hours of operation on Monday, December 2, 2024. 

Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The Office of the Registrar, a unit under the direction of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management, supports teaching and learning at The University of Southern Mississippi. The office maintains the integrity of academic policies, as well as the privacy and data security of student records through our student information system from enrollment to degree conferral in perpetuity.
